By Train

The New Rochelle Metro-North Station is located approximately 1.5 miles from the center. Cabs are available at the station at a modest cost.

By Car

From I-95 Northbound or Southbound: 

  • Take Exit 16 (North Ave., New Rochelle). Follow the signs to North Ave.

  • Turn right at the stop light (North Ave.) Continue on North Ave for approximately 1 mile. 

  • Turn right onto Beechmont Road, just past the entrance to Iona College on the right and McDonald’s on the left.

  • Continue on Beechmont Drive for 1/3 of a mile; take the 4th left turn (Y-intersection) which is Overlook Circle.

  • 99 Overlook is the 8th house on the right.

From the Hutch southbound:

  • Take Exit 7. Keep to the right at the end of the ramp and turn right at the next intersection, onto New Rochelle Road.

  • Continue under the parkway and take the first left (at light) onto Eastchester Road.

  • Continue on Eastchester Road for about 1 ½ miles to the end and turn right. 

  • Turn left immediately at the next light which is Beechmont Drive.

  • Continue on Beechmont Drive for 1/3 of a mile; take the 4th left turn (Y-intersection) which is Overlook Circle.

  • 99 Overlook is the 8th house on the right.

From the Hutch Northbound:

  • Take exit 7. Turn right at stop light and turn left almost immediately at the light which is Eastchester Road.

  • Continue on Eastchester Road for about 1 ½ miles to the end and turn right. Turn left at the next light which is Beechmont Drive.

  • Continue on Beechmont Drive for 1/3 of a mile; take the 4th left turn (Y-intersection) which is Overlook Circle.

  • 99 Overlook is the 8th house on the right.

From Cross County Eastbound:

  • Take exit 10 New Rochelle Road in Eastchester and turn right at the stop sign.

  • Continue on New Rochelle Road about ¼ mile to stop light.

  • Turn left onto Eastchester Road. Continue on Eastchester Road for about 1 ½ miles to the end and turn right onto North Avenue.

  • Turn left immediately at next light which is Beechmont.

  • Continue on Beechmont Drive for 1/3 of a mile; take the 4th left turn (Y-intersection) which is Overlook Circle.

  • 99 Overlook is the 8th house on the right.
